Daneuron Vitamin B Complex

Indication

Daneuron is a neurotropic Vitamin B complex supplement used for the management of peripheral neuropathy, neuritis, and neuralgia associated with Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency. It is used as adjunct therapy for diabetic neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, and nutritional deficiencies.

Ingredients

• Thiamine mononitrate (B1) 100 mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6) 200 mg
• Cyanocobalamin (B12) 200 mcg (typical Daneuron formula per tablet)

Direction

Adults: 1 tablet once or twice daily, or as directed by a physician. Swallow whole with water. May be taken with food.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated at recommended doses.
• High
• dose B6: sensory peripheral neuropathy (with prolonged excessive intake).
• Rarely: allergic reactions.

Precautions

• Prolonged high
• dose pyridoxine (B6) intake may paradoxically cause peripheral neuropathy.
• Cyanocobalamin should be used with caution in Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
