Laxing Sennae Extract & Aloe Vera Extract

Indication

Laxing is a herbal laxative used for the short-term relief of occasional constipation. The senna component acts as a stimulant laxative; aloe vera provides a mild supplementary laxative effect.

Ingredients

• Senna extract (Cassia angustifolia)
• Aloe vera extract (Aloe barbadensis)

Direction

Adults: take as directed on packaging, typically 1–2 tablets at bedtime with a full glass of water. Onset of action is usually 6–12 hours. Do not use for more than 7–10 days without medical advice.

Side effects

• Abdominal cramping or discomfort.
• Diarrhea (dose
• dependent).
• Electrolyte imbalance with prolonged use (especially hypokalemia).
• Urine discoloration (harmless).
• Allergic reactions (rare).

Precautions

• Contraindicated in intestinal obstruction
