SaRa Paracetamol 120 mg / 5 mL

Indication

Used for the relief of mild to moderate pain and fever in children.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 120 mg per 5 mL

Direction

Children: 10–15 mg/kg every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 4 doses per 24 hours. Shake well before use. Use the measuring device provided. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Side effects

• Rare at recommended doses
• Skin rash / urticaria (rare hypersensitivity)
• Liver toxicity in overdose

Precautions

• Do not exceed recommended dose — overdose can cause severe liver damage.
• Do not use concurrently with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Use with caution in children with liver disease.
• Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.
