Tiffy Dey Paracetamol 500mg + Chlorpheniramine 2mg + Phenylephrine 10mg

Indication

A combination cold and flu preparation used for the symptomatic relief of fever, headache, runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion associated with the common cold, influenza, and allergic rhinitis.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• dry mouth
• blurred vision.
• Elevated blood pressure
• palpitations.
• Nausea
• gastrointestinal discomfort.
• Urinary retention.
• Rarely: hepatotoxicity with paracetamol overdose.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• paracetamol overdose can cause liver failure.
• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Avoid in patients with severe hypertension
• cardiac disease
• or hyperthyroidism.
• Use with caution in patients with glaucoma or enlarged prostate.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years.
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
