Napa Extra Paracetamol 500mg + Caffeine 65mg

Indication

Used for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, migraine headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, muscular pain, and fever. Caffeine enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Caffeine 65 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 3 days for fever or 7 days for pain without medical advice.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated at recommended doses.
• Insomnia
• restlessness
• palpitations (due to caffeine).
• Rarely: hepatotoxicity with paracetamol overdose.
• Rarely: severe allergic reactions (skin rash
• angioedema).

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose
