Indication

Used for the relief of mild to moderate pain (headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, muscular pain) and reduction of fever in children and adults.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 200 mg per sachet

Direction

Children 3–6 years (approximately 14–21 kg): one sachet (200 mg) every 4–6 hours as needed. Children 6–12 years: one to two sachets every 4–6 hours. Adults: per physician's direction. Dissolve contents in a small amount of water before taking. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours. Take with food if gastrointestinal discomfort occurs.

Side effects

• Generally very well tolerated at recommended doses.
• Rarely: hepatotoxicity in overdose.
• Rarely: severe skin reactions (Stevens
• Johnson syndrome — very rare).
• Rarely: allergic reactions.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• paracetamol overdose can cause liver failure.
• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products simultaneously.
• Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment or chronic alcohol use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
