RAXAN FR Ibuprofen 200mg + Paracetamol 325mg

Indication

Relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, toothache, muscular pain, menstrual pain, and fever. Dual-mechanism analgesic and antipyretic combination.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen 200mg
• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours. Take with food or milk to reduce stomach upset.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal upset

• dyspepsia.
• Headache
• dizziness.
• Rare: gastrointestinal bleeding
• allergic reactions
• hepatotoxicity (with overdose).

Precautions

• Do not take if allergic to ibuprofen
• paracetamol
• or other NSAIDs.
• Avoid in patients with peptic ulcer
• severe renal
• hepatic
• or cardiac failure.
• Do not exceed the stated dose
• paracetamol overdose can cause serious liver damage.
• Do not use concomitantly with other paracetamol
• containing or ibuprofen
• containing products.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Not recommended in third trimester of pregnancy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
