Indication
Relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, toothache, muscular pain, menstrual pain, and fever. Dual-mechanism analgesic and antipyretic combination.
Ingredients
- Ibuprofen 200mg
- Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325mg
Direction
Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours. Take with food or milk to reduce stomach upset.
Side effects
- Gastrointestinal upset
- nausea
- dyspepsia.
- Headache
- dizziness.
- Rare: gastrointestinal bleeding
- allergic reactions
- hepatotoxicity (with overdose).
Precautions
- Do not take if allergic to ibuprofen
- paracetamol
- or other NSAIDs.
- Avoid in patients with peptic ulcer
- severe renal
- hepatic
- or cardiac failure.
- Do not exceed the stated dose
- paracetamol overdose can cause serious liver damage.
- Do not use concomitantly with other paracetamol
- containing or ibuprofen
- containing products.
- Avoid alcohol during treatment.
- Not recommended in third trimester of pregnancy.
- Keep out of reach of children.
