ADIPIN 10 Amlodipine Tablets 10mg

Indication

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and stable or vasospastic angina pectoris, especially in patients requiring a higher dose for adequate blood pressure control.

Ingredients

• Amlodipine besylate 10mg

Direction

Adults: 10mg once daily. Take at the same time each day, with or without food. Do not exceed 10mg per day.

Side effects

• Peripheral oedema (ankle swelling
• more frequent at 10mg).
• Flushing
• headache
• dizziness.
• Palpitations.
• Nausea
• abdominal pain.
• Fatigue.

Precautions

• Use with caution in severe hepatic impairment.
• May cause ankle oedema (more common at higher doses).
• Do not stop medication abruptly.
• Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.
