DICLODOL Paracétamol 500mg, Diclofénac (DCl) sel de sodium 50mg

Indication

Relief of mild to moderate pain and inflammation including headache, toothache, musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, post-operative pain, and dysmenorrhoea.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 500mg
• Diclofenac sodium 50mg

Direction

Adults: 1 tablet 2–3 times daily after food. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day. Take with or after meals.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal disturbances: nausea
• dyspepsia
• abdominal pain.
• Headache
• dizziness.
• Elevated liver enzymes.
• Rare: peptic ulcer
• allergic reactions
• cardiovascular events.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in peptic ulcer
• severe renal/hepatic impairment
• and severe heart failure.
• Do not use in patients with NSAID or paracetamol hypersensitivity.
• Avoid concomitant use with other NSAIDs or paracetamol
• containing products.
• Not recommended in third trimester of pregnancy.
• Do not exceed stated dose — paracetamol overdose can cause liver damage.
• Keep out of reach of children.
