Indication

Treatment and prevention of calcium and vitamin D deficiency. Supports bone health in osteoporosis, during pregnancy, lactation, menopause, and in elderly patients.

Ingredients

• Calcium gluconate 500mg
• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 200 IU

Direction

Adults: 1–2 tablets daily, preferably with meals. Children: as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal discomfort
• constipation
• nausea.
• Hypercalcaemia with excessive doses.
• Rare: hypersensitivity.

Precautions

• Do not use in hypercalcaemia or hypercalciuria.
• Use with caution in patients with kidney stones or renal impairment.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Keep out of reach of children.
