Indication
Nutritional supplement for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency and vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia. Supports energy levels and healthy blood formation.
Ingredients
- Ferrous sulphate 27mg (elemental iron)
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 10mcg
- Folic acid 400mcg
- Zinc 3mg
- Selenium 50mcg
Direction
Take as directed on the packaging, typically 1 capsule or 5ml liquid once daily with or after food.
Side effects
- Constipation or diarrhoea
- Nausea
- Dark
- coloured stools
- Rarely: allergic reactions
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not exceed recommended dose.
- Iron may cause constipation or darkening of stools.
- Consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve.
