Indication

Symptomatic relief of fever, headache, body aches, and runny nose associated with cold and flu.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500mg
• Chlorphenamine maleate 2mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• Dry mouth
• Blurred vision
• Urinary retention
• Rarely: liver damage with overdose

Precautions

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• May cause drowsiness — avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Not for use in children under 12 years without medical advice.
• Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease.
