ESOCORN-40 40mg

Indication

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastric and duodenal ulcers, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and eradication of Helicobacter pylori in combination therapy.

Ingredients

• Esomeprazole 40mg

Direction

Take one capsule orally once daily, 30–60 minutes before meals. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew.

Side effects

• Headache
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Abdominal pain
• Flatulence
• Dry mouth
• Hypomagnesemia with prolonged use

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
• Long
• term use may reduce magnesium and vitamin B12 levels.
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• May mask symptoms of gastric cancer
• rule out malignancy before starting therapy.
