Indication

Symptomatic relief of cold and flu symptoms including nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, fever, headache, and body aches.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500mg
• Phenylephrine HCl 10mg
• Chlorphenamine maleate 2mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and above: Take 1–2 tablets every 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Take with water.

• Increased blood pressure
• Urinary retention

Precautions

• Avoid use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Use with caution in patients with hypertension
• heart disease
• thyroid disease
• or diabetes.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Do not use with MAO inhibitors.
