Indication

Treatment of allergic conditions (allergic rhinitis, urticaria, angioedema), nausea and vomiting, motion sickness, and as a preoperative sedative.

Ingredients

Direction

Adults: Take 25mg at night or 12.5mg 2–3 times daily. For motion sickness: take 25mg 30–60 minutes before travel. Follow physician instructions.

Causes significant sedation
avoid driving or operating machinery.
Contraindicated in children under 2 years due to risk of respiratory depression.
Avoid in patients with narrow
angle glaucoma
prostatic hypertrophy
or pyloroduodenal obstruction.
Use with caution with other CNS depressants and alcohol.
Not recommended for patients with epilepsy.
