Indication

Relief of heartburn, acid indigestion, gastric hyperacidity, and flatulence associated with peptic ulcer, gastritis, and GERD.

Ingredients

• Aluminium hydroxide 200mg per 5ml
• Magnesium hydroxide 200mg per 5ml
• Simethicone 25mg per 5ml

Direction

Adults: Take 10–20ml (2–4 teaspoons) 4 times daily, 1–3 hours after meals and at bedtime. Shake well before use. Children: as directed by physician.

• Constipation (aluminum component)
• Diarrhea (magnesium component)
• Nausea
• Chalky taste

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment (aluminum and magnesium accumulation).
• May reduce absorption of other medications
• take other drugs 2 hours apart.
• Long
• term use may lead to phosphate depletion.
