Indication

NUFORCE-G Cream is a combination topical preparation used for inflammatory skin conditions complicated by bacterial and fungal infections. It is indicated for mixed dermatoses involving inflammation (eczema, dermatitis), fungal infection (tinea, candidiasis), and bacterial superinfection.

Ingredients

• Betamethasone 0.643 mg
• Clotrimazole 10 mg
• Gentamicin Sulphate 1 mg
• Benzyl alcohol 2%

Direction

Adults and children over 2 years: Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area 2–3 times daily. Rub in gently. Duration of treatment should not exceed 2–4 weeks for betamethasone-containing products. Avoid prolonged use on the face or skin folds.

Side effects

• Skin burning

• Skin thinning (atrophy) with prolonged use.
• Stretch marks (striae).
• Hypopigmentation.
• Allergic contact dermatitis.
• Secondary infections.
• Systemic corticosteroid effects with extensive use: adrenal suppression (rare).

Precautions

• Do not use on the face
• groin
• or underarms for prolonged periods.
• Not recommended for use under occlusive dressings.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not use in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components.
• Prolonged use may cause skin atrophy
• striae
• or adrenal suppression.
• Use with caution in children due to greater systemic absorption.
• Not for use in viral skin infections (herpes
• chickenpox) or tuberculosis of the skin.
• Pregnancy category C — avoid extensive or prolonged use during pregnancy.
