This product is not a medicine. Aqua Maris Strong is a hypertonic isotonic seawater nasal spray used to rinse and cleanse nasal passages, relieve nasal congestion, and facilitate mucus clearance. Adults and children over 2 years: spray 1–2 times into each nostril 2–4 times daily, or as needed. Tilt the head slightly forward; insert the nozzle and spray while breathing through the mouth. Clean the nozzle after each use.
