Allertec-K Tablet Cetirizine 2HCl 10mg

Indication

Allertec-K Tablet (Cetirizine 10 mg) is a second-generation antihistamine used for the symptomatic relief of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria (hives), and other allergic conditions.

Ingredients

• Cetirizine Dihydrochloride 10 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 mg (one tablet) once daily. Children 6–12 years: 5 mg twice daily or 10 mg once daily. May be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment — reduce dose.
• May cause drowsiness in some patients — caution when driving.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.
• Not recommended in children under 2 years.
