Gofen 400 400mg

Indication

Gofen 400 is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, and musculoskeletal pain. It is also used to reduce fever and relieve symptoms associated with cold and flu.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen 400 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet (400 mg) every 6–8 hours as needed. Maximum 3 tablets (1200 mg) per day. Take with food or milk to reduce stomach upset.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs.
• Avoid in patients with active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding.
• Use with caution in patients with heart

• or liver disease.
• Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy.
• Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision.
• Keep out of reach of children.
