Indication
Nock-pain is a combination analgesic used for the management of moderate to moderately severe acute pain. Tramadol acts as a centrally acting opioid analgesic while paracetamol provides additional antipyretic and analgesic effects.
Ingredients
- Tramadol hydrochloride 100 mg
- Paracetamol 650 mg
Direction
Adults: 1 tablet every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 4 tablets per day. Swallow whole. Do not crush or chew. Not for use beyond short-term pain management without physician supervision.
Side effects
- Nausea
- vomiting
- constipation.
- Dizziness
- drowsiness
- headache.
- Sweating.
- Rare: seizures
- serotonin syndrome
- respiratory depression.
Precautions
- Contains tramadol — risk of dependence
- abuse
- and misuse.
- Do not exceed recommended dose of paracetamol
- avoid concomitant paracetamol
- containing products.
- Do not use in patients with seizure disorders.
- Not for use in children under 18 years.
- Avoid alcohol and CNS depressants.
- Keep out of reach of children.
