Indication

Marimer is a nasal spray containing isotonic natural seawater solution used to cleanse and decongest nasal passages, clear mucus, and moisturize dry or irritated nasal mucosa. It is indicated as adjunctive therapy in allergic rhinitis, common cold, sinusitis, and for daily nasal hygiene.

Ingredients

• Isotonic seawater (sodium chloride 0.9% from natural seawater) with trace minerals

Direction

Adults and children over 6 months: spray 1–2 times into each nostril 2–6 times daily. Tilt head to the side, insert nozzle gently into the nostril, and press. Blow nose gently after application. May also be used as a nasal wash.

Side effects

• Mild transient irritation or sneezing immediately after use (rare)
• Generally very well tolerated

Precautions

• Do not share the spray nozzle with other people to prevent cross
• infection.
• Consult a physician if symptoms persist beyond 7 days.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Discard and replace as directed after opening.
