Indication
- Anxiety disorders - Acute alcohol withdrawal - Muscle spasms - Adjunct treatment for seizures - Preoperative sedation
Ingredients
- Diazepam
Direction
Take orally as directed by a physician, usually 2 to 4 times daily. Can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Drowsiness
- Fatigue
- Muscle weakness
- Ataxia (lack of coordination)
- Dizziness
Precautions
- May cause physical and psychological dependence
- Do not consume alcohol during use
- May impair ability to drive
- Avoid sudden discontinuation of therapy
- Not for use in narrow
- angle glaucoma
