Indication
- Neuropathic pain - Postherpetic neuralgia - Partial onset seizures - Restless legs syndrome
Ingredients
- Gabapentin
Direction
Take orally with or without food as directed by a physician. The dose is usually increased gradually to minimize side effects.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Somnolence or drowsiness
- Peripheral edema (swelling)
- Fatigue
- Ataxia (uncoordinated movements)
Precautions
- Do not discontinue abruptly
- Monitor for suicidal ideation
- Dose adjustment in kidney disease
- Avoid alcohol during use
