Indication
Symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain not relieved by paracetamol alone, such as headache, toothache, back pain, myalgia
Ingredients
- Paracetamol 325mg
- Tramadol hydrochloride 37.5mg
Direction
Adult and adolescent from 12 years old: 2 tablets per dose, do not exceed 8 tablets per day. May be repeated every 6 hours. In case of moderate renal insufficiency, minimum 12-hour interval.
Side effects
- Common: nausea
- allergic skin reactions (rare at therapeutic doses)
- dizziness
- constipation
- headache
- drowsiness
- vomiting. Rare: hepatotoxicity (overdose)
- thrombocytopenia
- agranulocytosis
- Stevens
- Johnson syndrome
- seizures
- serotonin syndrome
- respiratory depression
- dependence
- anaphylaxis.
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children. Follow the prescribed doses. In case of moderate renal insufficiency
- interval between doses must be minimum 12 hours.
