Indication

Symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain not relieved by paracetamol alone, such as headache, toothache, back pain, myalgia

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 325mg
• Tramadol hydrochloride 37.5mg

Direction

Adult and adolescent from 12 years old: 2 tablets per dose, do not exceed 8 tablets per day. May be repeated every 6 hours. In case of moderate renal insufficiency, minimum 12-hour interval.

Side effects

• Common: nausea
• allergic skin reactions (rare at therapeutic doses)
• dizziness
• constipation
• headache
• drowsiness
• vomiting. Rare: hepatotoxicity (overdose)
• thrombocytopenia
• agranulocytosis
• Stevens
• Johnson syndrome
• seizures
• serotonin syndrome
• respiratory depression
• dependence
• anaphylaxis.

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children. Follow the prescribed doses. In case of moderate renal insufficiency
• interval between doses must be minimum 12 hours.
