Indication
- Osteoarthritis - Rheumatoid arthritis - Ankylosing spondylitis - Acute musculoskeletal disorders - Post-operative pain relief
Ingredients
- Piroxicam
Direction
Take one 20 mg dose orally once daily. Best taken with or after food to minimize stomach irritation.
Side effects
- Abdominal pain or dyspepsia
- Nausea or vomiting
- Dizziness or headache
- Edema or fluid retention
- Skin rash or photosensitivity
Precautions
- Risk of gastrointestinal bleeding
- History of stomach ulcers
- Cardiovascular disease or hypertension
- Kidney or liver impairment
- Avoid in late pregnancy
- Sensitivity to aspirin or other NSAIDs
