Indication
- Blood clot prevention - Heart attack risk reduction - Ischemic stroke prevention - Cardiovascular maintenance after surgery
Ingredients
- Acetylsalicylic Acid (Aspirin)
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily with a full glass of water. Best taken with or after food to minimize stomach irritation.
Side effects
- Stomach upset or heartburn
- Increased tendency for bruising
- Nausea
- Gastric irritation
Precautions
- Risk of Reye's syndrome in children
- History of stomach ulcers/bleeding
- Severe kidney or liver disease
- Avoid if allergic to NSAIDs
- Consult doctor before using with anticoagulants
