Indication
- Osteoarthritis - Rheumatoid arthritis - Acute pain management - Ankylosing spondylitis - Primary dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain)
Ingredients
- Celecoxib
Direction
Take orally once or twice daily as prescribed. Can be taken with or without food, but taking with food may reduce stomach upset.
Side effects
- Dyspepsia (indigestion)
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea
- Peripheral edema (fluid retention)
- Headache
- Dizziness
Precautions
- History of stomach ulcers
- Cardiovascular disease or stroke risk
- Sulfonamide allergy (sulfa drug)
- Severe renal or hepatic impairment
- Use during late pregnancy (third trimester)
