Indication
- Postmenopausal osteoporosis - Prevention of bone fractures - Increased bone mineral density
Ingredients
- Ibandronic Acid (as Sodium Monohydrate)
Direction
Take one tablet once monthly on the same date. Swallow whole with plain water 60 minutes before food, drink, or other medicines, and stay upright for 60 minutes.
Side effects
- Heartburn
- Back or joint pain
- Flu
- like symptoms
- Diarrhea
- Esophageal irritation
Precautions
- Do not lie down for 60 minutes
- Severe renal impairment
- Correct hypocalcemia before use
- History of esophageal problems
- Potential for jaw osteonecrosis
