- upper respiratory infection
- cough. Rare: anaphylaxis
- severe skin reactions

- suicidal ideation)
- hepatotoxicity
- Churg
- Strauss syndrome.
Precautions
- May cause mild drowsiness in some individuals. Avoid alcohol. Use with caution in renal impairment. Consult doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
