Indication
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid-related disorders
Ingredients
- Esomeprazole Magnesium Trihydrate 40mg
Direction
Adults: One capsule a day or as advised by the physician. Do not crush/chew the capsule, swallow it with liquid.
Side effects
- Common: abdominal cramping
- abdominal pain
- diarrhea
- flatulence
- headache
- nausea. Rare: C. difficile infection
- bone fractures (long
- term)
- fundic gland polyps
- hypermagnesemia (renal impairment)
- hypomagnesemia
- vitamin B12 deficiency.
