Edema, heart failure, hypertension (potassium-sparing diuretic)
Ingredients
- Spironolactone BP 25mg

Side effects
- Common: hyperkalemia
- gynecomastia
- breast tenderness
- menstrual irregularities
- GI disturbance. Rare: agranulocytosis
- hepatotoxicity
- hyponatremia.
