Indication
Digestive infections, typhoid fever, shigellosis, urogenital infections, bronchopulmonary infections, otitis media, Pneumocystis carinii infections, Toxoplasma gondii
Ingredients
- Sulfamethoxazole (DCI) 400mg
- Trimethoprime (DCI) 80mg
Direction
2 comprimés, 2 fois par jour au cours des repas (2 tablets twice daily with meals)
Side effects
- Common: diarrhea
- nausea
- photosensitivity
- pruritus
- skin rash
- vomiting. Rare: Stevens
- Johnson syndrome
- aplastic anemia)
- aseptic meningitis
- blood disorders
- blood disorders (agranulocytosis
- hepatotoxicity.
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue treatment if skin rash or any sign of adverse reaction occurs. Respecter les doses prescrites.
