Combination SGLT2 inhibitor and biguanide for type 2 diabetes mellitus
Ingredients
- Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate eq. to Dapagliflozin 10mg + Metformin Hydrochloride (Extended Release) BP 500mg

Side effects
- Common: abdominal pain
- back pain
- decreased appetite
- diarrhea
- genital fungal infections
- metallic taste
- nausea
- polyuria. Rare: acute kidney injury
- diabetic ketoacidosis
- hypotension
- lactic acidosis
- necrotizing fasciitis of perineum (Fournier's gangrene)
- vitamin B12 deficiency.
Precautions
- Keep medicine out of reach of children
