- Fluocinolone Acetonide USP 0.025% w/w
- Neomycin Sulphate USP 0.5% w/w
- Non greasy base q.s.

Side effects
- Common: burning
- itching
- dryness
- skin irritation at application site
- skin irritation (topical)
- nausea (oral)
- diarrhea. Rare: skin atrophy
- striae
- HPA axis suppression
- secondary infection
- miliaria
- nephrotoxicity
- ototoxicity
- neuromuscular blockade
- malabsorption (oral).
