Edema, heart failure, hypertension (diuretic combination)
Ingredients
- Spironolactone BP 50mg + Furosemide BP 40mg

Side effects
- Common: increased urination
- dizziness
- dehydration
- electrolyte imbalance
- hyperkalemia
- gynecomastia
- breast tenderness
- menstrual irregularities. Rare: ototoxicity
- severe hypokalemia
- pancreatitis
- agranulocytosis
- severe hyperkalemia
- hepatotoxicity
- metabolic acidosis.
