- diarrhea
- flatulence
- headache
- nausea. Rare: C. difficile infection
- bone fractures (long
- term)
- fundic gland polyps
- hypermagnesemia (renal impairment)
- hypomagnesemia
- vitamin B12 deficiency.
Precautions
- Keep all medicines out of reach of children. Protect from moisture. Improper storage may deteriorate the product.
