Indication
Broad spectrum antibiotic for I.V. infusion
Ingredients
- Moxifloxacin HCl eq. to Moxifloxacin 400mg per 250ml
Direction
As directed by the physician or see insert for full prescribing information.
Side effects
- Common: nausea
- diarrhea
- headache
- dizziness. Rare: QT prolongation
- tendon rupture
- peripheral neuropathy
- C. difficile colitis
- hepatotoxicity.
Precautions
- Once the vial has been opened the infusion solution must be used within three hours. Keep out of the reach of children. To be sold on prescription of a registered medical practitioner only. Do not use if the solution is turbid
- contains solid visible particle or the bottle is leaking.
