Indication

Bacterial infections susceptible to co-amoxiclav

Ingredients

• Sterile Amoxicillin Sodium BP eq. to Amoxicillin 1000mg
• Sterile Potassium Clavulanate BP eq. to Clavulanic Acid 200mg + Sterilised Water for Injections BP 20ml

Direction

As directed by the Physician. Dissolve the contents in Sterile Water for Injections BP for IV use. The reconstituted solution should be used immediately after preparation and not to be stored.

Side effects

• Common: diarrhea
• nausea
• vomiting
• rash
• abdominal pain
• candidiasis. Rare: cholestatic hepatitis
• anaphylaxis
• C. difficile colitis
• Stevens
• Johnson syndrome.

Precautions

• Prescription only medicine. Keep out of reach of children. If any foreign particle is visible in the vial after dissolving the contents
• please do not use & ask for replacement.
