Indication

GERD, acid-related disorders (intravenous)

Ingredients

• Esomeprazole Sodium BP (as Sterile Lyophilized Powder) equivalent to Esomeprazole 40mg + 5ml Sodium Chloride BP 0.9% Injection

Direction

Use the preparation immediately after reconstitution. To be used only on the prescription of a registered physician. Destroy the vial and disposable syringe after use. Do not store above 30°C temperature. Keep away from light and wet place.

Side effects

• Common: headache
• nausea
• diarrhea
• abdominal pain
• flatulence. Rare: C. difficile infection
• hypomagnesemia
• vitamin B12 deficiency
• bone fractures (long
• term)
• fundic gland polyps.
