Indication
Bacterial infections susceptible to amikacin. See leaflet insert for indications, contraindication, dosage, administration & other information.
Ingredients
- Amikacin (as Amikacin sulphate) 500mg
- Excipients: Sodium metabisulphite
- water for injection q.s. 2ml
Direction
See leaflet. For IM/IV use.
Side effects
- Common: injection site pain
- nausea. Rare: nephrotoxicity
- ototoxicity (hearing loss
- vestibular damage)
- neuromuscular blockade.
Precautions
- Keep out of the reach of children. Read carefully the leaflet before use. Rx
- Prescription only.
