Indication
Antitussives and Expectorant. Paroxysmal cough, bronchial asthma, cough caused by acute and chronic bronchitis, acute and chronic throat-sore, acute and chronic respiratory organs diseases.
Ingredients
- Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10mg
- Guaiacol Glycerin Ether 40mg
- DL
- Methylephedrine HCl 20mg
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4mg
- Benzyl Alcohol 20mg

Side effects
- Common: drowsiness
- dry mouth
- blurred vision
- constipation
- urinary retention
- dizziness
- nausea
- stomach upset. Rare: seizures (overdose)
- severe allergic reactions
- blood dyscrasias
- serotonin syndrome (with SSRIs)
- hallucinations (overdose)
- respiratory depression.
Precautions
- May cause significant drowsiness β do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol. Use with caution in elderly patients
- glaucoma
- and urinary retention.
