Indication
Nasal decongestant for adults
Ingredients
- Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05%
Direction
To be dispensed only by or on the prescription of a registered physician.
Side effects
- Common: nasal dryness
- burning
- stinging
- sneezing
- rebound congestion (prolonged use). Rare: cardiovascular effects (hypertension
- tachycardia)
- insomnia
- CNS depression (children).
Precautions
- Do not use for more than 5
- 7 consecutive days (risk of rebound congestion). Not for children under 6 unless directed by a doctor. Avoid in hypertension.
