- Tramadol Hydrochloride 37.5mg
- Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) 325mg

- allergic skin reactions (rare at therapeutic doses)
- dizziness
- constipation
- headache
- drowsiness
- vomiting. Rare: hepatotoxicity (overdose)
- thrombocytopenia
- agranulocytosis
- Stevens
- Johnson syndrome
- seizures
- serotonin syndrome
- respiratory depression
- dependence
- anaphylaxis.
Precautions
- Do not exceed recommended dose. Avoid alcohol. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 3 days. Use with caution in liver or kidney impairment.
