SPIRONE-F Tablet 40mg 40mg Furosemide / 50mg Spironolactone

Indication

Congestive heart failure, hepatic cirrhosis with ascites, nephrotic syndrome, edema associated with renal disease

Ingredients

• Furosemide 40mg + Spironolactone 50mg

Direction

Adults: 1-2 tablets daily as directed by physician. Take in the morning to avoid nighttime urination. Take with food to reduce stomach upset.

• hyperkalemia

• gynecomastia
• muscle cramps
• nausea

Precautions

• Contraindicated in anuria
• severe renal impairment
• hyperkalemia
• Addison's disease. Monitor serum potassium and renal function regularly. Avoid potassium supplements.
