SOPRAZOLE-40 40mg

Indication

Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, H. pylori eradication (as part of combination therapy), NSAID-associated gastric ulcer prevention

Ingredients

• Esomeprazole 40mg

Direction

Adults: 1 tablet daily, swallowed whole with water, at least 1 hour before a meal. Treatment duration: 4-8 weeks for GERD; maintenance as directed by physician.

• dizziness

Precautions

• Long
• term use may increase risk of bone fractures
• magnesium deficiency
• and vitamin B12 deficiency. Rule out gastric malignancy before treatment. Caution in patients with liver impairment.
