Indication
Treatment of signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) / enlarged prostate
Ingredients
- Silodosin 8mg
Direction
Adults (men): 8mg once daily with a meal. Swallow capsule whole. If dose is missed, skip and take next dose at regular time.
Side effects
- Retrograde ejaculation
- dizziness
- orthostatic hypotension
- nasal congestion
- diarrhea
- headache
Precautions
- Not for women or children. Caution in patients with severe renal or hepatic impairment. May cause dizziness
- avoid driving until response is known. Risk of intraoperative floppy iris syndrome during cataract surgery.
