Indication
Symptomatic treatment of heartburn, acid reflux, gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, and gastro-oesophageal reflux
Ingredients
- Aluminium Phosphate 12.38g per sachet (equivalent to 4.48g aluminium phosphate)
Direction
Adults: 1-2 sachets 2-3 times daily, taken pure or diluted in water. Take before meals or at onset of symptoms.
Side effects
- Constipation
- nausea (rarely)
Precautions
- Use with caution in patients with renal impairment. Prolonged use may cause phosphate depletion. Avoid concomitant administration with certain antibiotics (tetracyclines
- fluoroquinolones).
