Indication
Treatment and delay of progression of early senile cataracts, mild diabetic cataracts, and complicated cataracts
Ingredients
- Pirenoxine Sodium 0.005% (0.05mg/ml)
Direction
Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye(s) 3-5 times daily, or as directed by ophthalmologist.
Side effects
- Mild stinging or burning on application
- eye redness
- tearing. Rarely: allergic reactions
Precautions
- For ophthalmic use only. Do not touch dropper tip to any surface. Remove contact lenses before use. Discard 4 weeks after opening. Regular eye examinations needed.
