Side effects

• Rare: allergic reactions
• skin rash. Very rare: blood disorders.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
• Do not use in patients taking MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping MAO inhibitor therapy.
• Phenylephrine: use with caution in hypertension
• heart disease
• diabetes
• hyperthyroidism
• or narrow
• angle glaucoma.
• Dextromethorphan: do not use in patients taking SSRIs or SNRIs due to risk of serotonin syndrome.
• Paracetamol: avoid exceeding recommended dose
• caution in hepatic or renal impairment and in patients who consume alcohol regularly.
• Cetirizine: may cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor.
• Avoid concurrent use with other products containing paracetamol or sympathomimetics.
