Indication
Cough, cold, flu and fever
Ingredients
- Phenylephrine HCl
- Paracetamol
- Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide
- Cetirizine

As directed by the physician
Side effects
- Rare: allergic reactions
- skin rash. Very rare: blood disorders.
Precautions
- Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
- Do not use in patients taking MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping MAO inhibitor therapy.
- Phenylephrine: use with caution in hypertension
- heart disease
- diabetes
- hyperthyroidism
- or narrow
- angle glaucoma.
- Dextromethorphan: do not use in patients taking SSRIs or SNRIs due to risk of serotonin syndrome.
- Paracetamol: avoid exceeding recommended dose
- caution in hepatic or renal impairment and in patients who consume alcohol regularly.
- Cetirizine: may cause drowsiness
- avoid driving or operating machinery.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor.
- Avoid concurrent use with other products containing paracetamol or sympathomimetics.
